Guidelines

  • Every student is expected to attend the school regularly and on time
  • Wearing ID card to school is compulsory
  • Students are expected to reach school 10 minutes before the morning assembly.
  • After 09.05 a.m. the gate will be closed and entry is not allowed.
  • Students are not allowed to ride/drive scooter/car/motorcycle to school.
  • No student using the school bus is allowed to change the route to suit family programmes.
  • Students should care for the school property. Any breakage of furniture/fittings should be promptly reported to the class teacher. Students must not disfigure walls or woodwork. The cost of repair for deliberate damage to school property will be recovered from the students concerned.
  • All leaves must be applied in writing to the Principal. No student shall proceed on leave without sanction and permission, especially when the leave exceeds one day.
  • No student is allowed to leave the classroom without the permission of the teacher. Students should come to school neatly dressed (clean uniform, proper haircut.
  • nails trimmed, shoes polished) should not be altered to their style.
  • Girl students are not allowed to apply mehanthi, wear jewellery or have their nails polished etc.
  • No student is allowed to offer any gift (cash/kind) whatsoever to any student/ teaching/non-teaching staff.
  • The School campus must not be littered.
  • The following will invite disciplinary action :-
  • Habitual late coming.
  • Loitering aimlessly in the corridors and grounds during regular school hours.
  • Creating disturbance and shouting between periods.
  • Speaking in vernacular language.
  • Follow the discipline mentioned in disciplinary card.
  • Day-scholar’s should not support the hostel students by communicating to their parents, purchasing the needy or food. Immediate disciplinary action will be taken on both.
